Taylor Personnel Limited offers a variety of services including temporary and permanent placement assistance, reference checks and administrative testing services. 

Temporary Placement:  When a temporary placement is requested, a Taylor Personnel Limited recruitment consultant will identify all pertinent information and assign a qualified temporary employee for the duration of the assignment. For long-term temporary positions, our clients are welcome to interview 1or 2 qualified candidates selected from our database. Our temporary staff members are considered direct employees of Taylor Personnel Limited, and therefore we are responsible for their portion of E.I. and CPP contributions, as well as all payroll administration costs, including 4% vacation pay issued on each paycheque. Clients are invoiced weekly and are obligated only for the hours worked by the temporary employee with a minimum of 2 hours per day, as regulated by the Employment Standards Act. Our rates are based on the skills and experience necessary for our temporary employee to successfully fulfill the requirements of the assignment.

Guaranteed Permanent Placements : When a permanent placement is requested, a Taylor Personnel Limited professional consultant will work closely with the client to determine the particular qualifications and attributes required for the position. We then identify candidates from our database who possess skills and credentials appropriate for the position. If we need to widen the search beyond our database, advertisements will be placed in the local newspaper and on our web site at no additional cost. The top qualified candidates are then selected and scheduled for interviews with our client. All candidates presented will have appropriate skills and qualifications for the positions, thus allowing the interviewees to focus on the intangible attributes most complementary to the organization's culture. 

Taylor Personnel Limited offers competitive recruitment fees while ensuring that our high standards are never compromised. We are pleased to offer a three-month guarantee for permanent placements. If, for any reason, our client or selected candidate is not satisfied with the placement, Taylor Personnel Limited will replace the candidate at no additional cost. Permanent recruitment fees are based on the successful candidate's first year salary at the time of hiring, not including any bonuses, commissions or options. 

Reference Checks: Taylor Personnel Limited offers exceptional referencing services to clients in a variety of industries. Our competitive referencing rates encompass a highly desirable three-business-day turnaround. Reference checks are conducted by phone, fax or email. A consultant will contact the candidate directly to request alternative reference information if necessary. We are equipped to either follow the pre-approved questions as set out by the client, or work with a client representative to establish interview questions, ensuring that all pertinent information is gathered. As we pride ourselves on our attentive customer service, a designated consultant will regularly correspond with the client contact to provide updates.

Administrative Testing Services: Taylor Personnel Limited has facilities to evaluate MSWord, WordPerfect, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Lotus 1-2-3, Typing, Math, Filing, Spelling and Data Entry skills, both numeric and alphanumeric, as well as cognitive comprehension and retention abilities. Taylor Personnel Limited is usually able to schedule candidate testing within 24 hour of request, with result summaries provided to our client immediately following testing.
